Job Description
P2P Operations Intern supporting LATAM marketplace operations for Bybit, a global cryptocurrency exchange. Monitoring performance, researching markets, assisting merchants, and supporting regional growth campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives for Bybit’s Fiat P2P Regional Operations team in LATAM
- Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and BD team
- Monitor regional P2P performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and compile data-driven insights
- Research regional P2P market trends, payment methods, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Compile reports on merchant feedback and user behavior patterns
- Support merchant onboarding, documentation, and communication
- Maintain merchant performance tracking dashboards and incentive program records
- Support regional growth campaigns, user acquisition initiatives, and go-to-market rollouts
- Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Available for a minimum of 3 months, full-time or part-time (≥4 days/week)
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, business development, fintech, or marketplace platforms
