Job Description

Operations Coordinator mobilizing employees, training, and compliance for Fuelfix’s Australian energy-management client. Managing travel, inductions, records, and safety processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee mobilization to client locations, including travel, inductions, accommodation, and client documentation
  • Troubleshoot mobilization issues and maintain employee records on client portals to ensure compliance
  • Manage the company training matrix, including training, medicals, and recordkeeping
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline mobilization and training procedures
  • Develop an understanding of company capabilities, capacity, and services
  • Comply with HSEQ policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Conduct task risk assessments using tools such as Take5 and JSA
  • Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances promptly
  • Participate in training, HSEQ consultations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use required PPE, maintain fitness for work, and promote a safe workplace
  • Work respectfully with colleagues and customers
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business information
  • Stop work and report potential safety risks when identified
  • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience mobilizing team members in the resource sector and responding to customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing training, including scheduling and recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, compliance, and induction platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Word, and Excel
  • Adaptable to client requirements and portals
  • Process-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible, calm under pressure, and committed to accuracy and customer service
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training as required
  • Compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Ability to conduct task risk assessments using Take5 and JSA
  • Ability to comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS)
