Job Description
Operations Coordinator at International SOS ensuring timely coordination of care during critical situations. Collaborating with medical and security professionals across borders and cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required.
- Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
- Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
