Job Description
Operations Coordinator at NoGigiddy overseeing projects and processes in a fully remote role. Requires strong organization and communication skills without formal education requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and workflows across departments — content, marketing, partnerships, and support
- Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings — set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements
- Manage internal documentation — SOPs, templates, and company wikis
- Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks
Requirements:
- No degree required
- Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team
- Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Proactive and solutions-oriented — you fix problems before they become fires
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving environment
