Job Description
Growth Operations Associate supporting marketing, product, and growth operations at Ensemble Performing Arts. Handling CRM data management, campaign performance tracking, and content strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Lists & CRM Data Management
- Support B2B functions with targeted lead lists and CRM data hygiene in HubSpot
- Help build landing pages, dashboards, and digital products
- Oversee marketing campaigns and maintain performance tracking frameworks
- Collaborate on campaign performance reporting and content strategy across channels
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations
- Genuinely excited about AI tools and use them to move faster and smarter
- Technical leaning - experience with AI tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Clay preferred
- Strong generalist who thrives owning multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with high autonomy
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
- Solutions-oriented and proactive - you spot problems before they're pointed out to you
