Job Description
Operations intern assessing student business ideas and school progress for Udhyam Learning Foundation’s entrepreneurship education programs. Reviewing submissions, tracking quality, and identifying implementation improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Review idea submissions and other stage-wise submissions for Grades 11 and 12 to assess quality, relevance, completeness, and alignment with programme objectives
- Assess students’ business ideas and categorise schools based on defined quality parameters
- Track submission status and programme progress across private schools, flagging delayed or incomplete submissions
- Maintain a structured tracker of submission quality, school-wise progress, recurring gaps, and areas for improvement
- Consolidate findings to identify common challenges, plan targeted support for teachers and students, and strengthen implementation
Requirements:
- A keen interest in the development and education sector
- Hindi, English & Punjabi language proficiency (reading and comprehension)
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Google Sheets / MS Excel skills
