Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant des locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie, réseau français de conciergerie immobilière. Optimisation des annonces, réservations, voyageurs et revenus propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Highly motivated
- Enjoy the autonomy of an independent business owner with the support of a structured network
