Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations Airbnb pour ALB Conciergerie, réseau français de gestion locative courte durée. Développement d'un portefeuille de propriétaires et coordination des séjours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- List and optimize properties, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing (yield management)
- Manage bookings and guest relations
- Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage the business through the ALB platform
- Build a portfolio of managed properties
- Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program
Requirements:
- Independent contractor status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and autonomy
- Interest in building a recurring long-term income
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome; no specific sector required
