Job Description
Operations Manager at TaskUs managing day-to-day operations and client relationships in the BPO sector. Leading teams to solve business problems and enhance customer experience strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day business operations managing a team of up to 150 FTE
- Managing TaskUs client relationships and being the POC on a day-to-day basis, providing them with updates regarding performance
- Responsible for presenting in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed
- Ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation
Requirements:
- B2 English Level or Higher
- Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment
- BPO experience is a plus
- One plus year of client management experience (nice to have)
- Bachelor degree in business administration or management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
