Job Description
Operations Manager owning operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and SOPs for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness eCommerce brand. Building structure, reporting, and processes to support growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operations for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness eCommerce company
- Create and implement SOPs and workflows
- Build processes and documentation in Notion
- Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and Customer Service
- Identify operational bottlenecks
- Manage cross-functional projects and priorities
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure employees have the systems and access they need
- Provide operational reporting to executives
- Build accountability across departments
Requirements:
- Strong eCom management experience
- Proven SOP/process-building experience
- Solid supply chain exposure
- Background working across several functions inside a scaled DTC brand is a strong plus
