Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations Airbnb pour ALB Conciergerie. Pilotage des réservations, équipes locales et prospection de propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement yield management through dynamic pricing
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in the area
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation and drive
- Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring income over the long term
- Independent contractor status
