Job Description
Responsable indépendant développant la conciergerie Airbnb d’ALB en France. Gestion des logements, voyageurs, prestataires et prospection de propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing (yield management)
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
- Build a portfolio of managed properties
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Background in real estate, sales, or another industry
- Motivation and ability to work independently
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
