Job Description
Operations Specialist Fulfillment optimizing supply chain processes for a better customer experience. Working in a digital unit with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth fulfillment to deliver the best customer experience
- Take responsibility for fulfillment operations and proactively develop them further.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (cancellation rate, customer complaints, processing/throughput times).
- Manage interfaces between our systems and external shipping/logistics partners.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Act as the competent point of contact for Intersport members/retailers on complex fulfillment issues and conduct onboarding training.
Requirements:
- Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
- Solid experience in managing fulfillment processes and using Order Management Systems (ideally EVA, Tradebyte).
- You love data and use KPIs as the basis for your decisions.
- You are business fluent in German and English and can remain calm when handling complex troubleshooting cases.
- You don't wait for instructions but independently identify optimization opportunities.
- German: fluent; English: at least B2 level.
