Job Description
Order clarification representative resolving non-production-ready orders for Koozie Group, a promotional products supplier. Processing proofs, purchase orders, emails, and distributor questions.
Responsibilities:
- Clarify and validate customer purchase orders and process orders to manufacturing in a timely manner
- Change imprint colors and set ship dates
- Process art proof approvals and non-approvals in clarification queues
- Receive and process customer emails in the clarification email inbox
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in queues
- Process reports, rush requests, hand walks and other miscellaneous duties
- Flex into other customer service-related roles
- Process and respond to distributor questions or proofs on orders
- Contact distributors via phone, fax and/or email to resolve issues or questions regarding non-production-ready orders
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred
- Proficiency using a computer and associated software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using order management systems such as Oracle, MacPac and AS400
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines
- Ability to multitask and focus on multiple issues at once
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deescalate situations
