Job Description

Order Processing Virtual Assistant delivering remote services to clients worldwide with a focus on order processing tasks. Responsible for data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor designated email inboxes for incoming purchase orders.
  • Review purchase order details for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter purchase orders into the company’s order management platform.
  • Verify customer information, product details, quantities, and pricing as required.
  • Ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed orders.
  • Update order statuses and related information within company systems.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or order issues.
  • Follow established procedures for handling order exceptions.
  • Assist with general order-related administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding order processing concerns.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
  • Support process improvement initiatives when requested.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, or customer operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to process high volumes of information efficiently.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work scheduled coverage windows.
  • Experience with e-commerce, ERP, or order management platforms is a plus.
