Job Description
Insurance Advisor role assisting clients with Property & Casualty insurance. Making outbound calls and guiding clients in their decisions for their insurance needs while utilizing pre-qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day
- Use warm, qualified leads to assist clients with insurance needs
- Help people make informed decisions about insurance solutions
- Respond proactively to requests for information or quotes
- Track key metrics such as number of calls made, call duration, new policy sales, and retention rates
Requirements:
- A comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products, carriers, and pre-underwriting knowledge
- Highly responsive and proactive skills in handling inbound calls and appointments
- The ability to effectively guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs
- The drive to be proactive and assertive, especially between calls and appointments, by reaching out to prospective clients who have requested quotes
- Strong communication and responsiveness in following up on requests for information or quotes
- Proven ability to multitask effectively, managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to urgent requests, handling text messages, and managing emails efficiently
