Job Description

Operations Associate for Hologenix managing logistics and data in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for operations excellence across the team supporting innovative textile products.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data for responsible tasks including updating Monday.com, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
  • Review testing inbox, update data in Excel and Word document templates, and all execution needed for testing
  • Update word templates and format for Docusign, send and manage documents through Docusign, update and add information to Salesforce
  • Responsible for some shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work closely with the entire Hologenix team to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent communicator and highly organized.
  • Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal).
  • Currently living in Latin America.
