Job Description

Partner Acquisition Specialist at Muvr, growing the network of driver-partners and service providers through outreach and onboarding. Collaborating with Growth and Operations teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective partners via phone, email, SMS, and referrals
  • Respond to inbound partner inquiries and qualify leads
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process (documents, app setup, requirements)
  • Educate partners on Muvr’s platform, expectations, and earning opportunities
  • Track outreach and onboarding progress in CRM or internal tools
  • Coordinate with Operations and Support to resolve onboarding issues
  • Support market launches and supply growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer acquisition, or operations
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Preferred: Experience in marketplaces, logistics, gig economy, or on-demand platforms
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Field or local market acquisition experience
  • Bilingual a plus
