Job Description
Partner Acquisition Specialist at Muvr, growing the network of driver-partners and service providers through outreach and onboarding. Collaborating with Growth and Operations teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective partners via phone, email, SMS, and referrals
- Respond to inbound partner inquiries and qualify leads
- Guide partners through the onboarding process (documents, app setup, requirements)
- Educate partners on Muvr’s platform, expectations, and earning opportunities
- Track outreach and onboarding progress in CRM or internal tools
- Coordinate with Operations and Support to resolve onboarding issues
- Support market launches and supply growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer acquisition, or operations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Preferred: Experience in marketplaces, logistics, gig economy, or on-demand platforms
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Field or local market acquisition experience
- Bilingual a plus
