Job Description
Online Marketing Manager responsible for managing budgets and developing content for the Affiliate channel. Collaborating with marketing managers and identifying new online marketing potentials to boost visibility and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible within the team for the content and the budget of the affiliate channel
- You further develop the channel together with the marketing managers responsible for the respective bike ranges
- Together with the team you identify new online marketing opportunities to increase our brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Budget responsibility and continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cancellation data, etc.
- Planning, execution and optimization of affiliate campaigns to increase visibility and conversions
- International publisher research, communication and onboarding
- Close collaboration with marketing managers across all experiences (e.g., Adventure, Race), retail, content, designers and partner management to align campaign content
- Market and competitor analyses and the derivation of strategic recommendations
- Development of measures and strategic further development of the affiliate channel
- Expanding the network and optimizing processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in affiliate / performance marketing
- Proven experience with common affiliate network platforms
- Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making and a basic technical understanding
- Independent and structured working style with a strong results orientation
- Passion for cycling experiences, whether road, gravel, MTB or urban riding
