Job Description
Executive Partner focused on Data & Analytics delivering expert insights to C-level clients. Managing relationships with Chief Data & Analytics Officers from Fortune 1000 organizations and government agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Chief Data & Analytics Officers (CDAOs)
- Deliver value through briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and events
- Use your knowledge and expertise to coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives
- Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to ensure value is delivered
- Responsible for member retention and contributing toward growth in the region
- Operate as an individual contributor managing your own desk and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 15+ years’ experience with a primary focus in an executive Data & Analytics leadership role
- Experience in executive level roles within consulting, sales or customer facing positions
- Modern technical skills and subject matter expertise such as advising on data strategy, governance, control, policy development & data optimisation
- Experience in Data Science fields like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, etc.
- Leadership perspective in Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Experience in Agile/Bimodal IT, DevOps, Lean Development, Mobile app development, etc.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
