Job Description
Partner Success Manager responsible for relationship management with MSP partners. Drive partner success and ensure effective security awareness outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners
- Guide partners through structured onboarding for each new customer deployment
- Track customer usage patterns, adoption metrics, and health indicators across partner's portfolio
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partner stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical support, pricing specialists, and internal teams
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your partner portfolio
- Use available tools, gather partner feedback, and share insights to improve partner experience
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience
- Channel partner understanding with familiarity working with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers
- Relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets, manage renewals, identify growth opportunities
- Organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Clear communicator who writes professional emails, leads productive calls and video meetings
- CRM proficiency with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms
