Job Description
Partnership Director driving execution between ICS.AI and public sector clients. Overseeing partner execution and transformation programs in the Microsoft ecosystem with impactful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- You're the execution engine between ICS.AI, strategic partners, and public sector clients.
- Make sure joint propositions move from concept to active delivery fast.
- Own partner execution across the Microsoft ecosystem (not just relationships)
- Project kick-offs, delivery scoping, and momentum across partner-led initiatives
- Go-to-market enablement: demos, sales assets, architecture diagrams, delivery playbooks
- Co-sell support and deal registration for partner opportunities
- Translate complex requirements into executable delivery plans
- Identify risks and resolve blockers before they escalate
- Continuous improvement of ICS.AI's partner execution model
Requirements:
- Deep Microsoft ecosystem experience (worked at Microsoft or led alliances at a partner)
- Proven track record delivering public sector programmes and GTM initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions and digital transformation
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder coordination across partners and clients
- Ability to turn commercial intent into clear, actionable delivery plans
- Execution-oriented mindset; you ship, not just plan
