Job Description
Patient engagement specialist connecting U.S. patients with Sprinter Health’s at-home healthcare services. Conducting high-volume outreach, educating patients, and booking daily appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Review and follow up on inbound patient requests
- Use deep prospecting techniques to conduct personalized patient outreach
- Make 150 to 200 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer
- Speak with approximately 80 to 100 patients and book an average of 19 appointments each day
- Build trust with prospective patients and caregivers to encourage appointment scheduling
- Educate patients about the importance and benefits of receiving ordered services at home with Sprinter Health
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner’s care model to answer patient questions
- Collaborate with representatives and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience
- Escalate customer questions and concerns to other teams
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers
- Proven skill managing multiple channels of communication including phone, email, chat, etc.
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred)
- Experience with Five9 (preferred)
- Experience working in an on-demand service or healthcare environment
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organization and process adherence
- Required comfort with high-volume, target-driven outbound activity of 150 to 200 calls per day
