Job Description
Regional Patient Experience Manager supporting patient experience initiatives for Ensemble Health Partners. Collaborating with leaders to improve healthcare quality through strategic patient engagement and experience programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support, direct, and facilitate all aspects of the Patient Experience strategy
- Partner with site leaders and maintain accountability relationships with EHP leaders
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to Ensemble and client leaders
- Implement and execute evidence-based practices to improve patient/family experiences
- Provide professional coaching and consultation to influence stakeholders
- Create and oversee Patient Family Advisory Committee(s)
- Collaborate with leadership to mitigate barriers from patient complaints
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement action plans
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years' experience in Healthcare
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) within 12 months of hire
- Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and service-oriented
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
