Job Description

Regional Patient Experience Manager supporting patient experience initiatives for Ensemble Health Partners. Collaborating with leaders to improve healthcare quality through strategic patient engagement and experience programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, direct, and facilitate all aspects of the Patient Experience strategy
  • Partner with site leaders and maintain accountability relationships with EHP leaders
  • Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to Ensemble and client leaders
  • Implement and execute evidence-based practices to improve patient/family experiences
  • Provide professional coaching and consultation to influence stakeholders
  • Create and oversee Patient Family Advisory Committee(s)
  • Collaborate with leadership to mitigate barriers from patient complaints
  • Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years' experience in Healthcare
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) within 12 months of hire
  • Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
