Job Description

Providing operational support for PDS Transition/Transformation processes at JLL. Collaborating with teams for seamless project delivery and best practice implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides operational support for PDS 5-phase process implementation and system administration
  • Takes guidance from the PDS Transition Lead and can effectively translate high-level direction into actionable tasks
  • Assists with Capital Planning transitions and Relocation Project Management transitions
  • Functions as a reliable team member who helps maintain project timelines and quality standards
  • Generates process documentation, templates, and deliverables with feedback from the Transition Lead
  • Assists in documenting transition requirements, maintains workplan timelines, and tracks key activities and deliverables
  • Reviews, updates, generates PDS operational standards and conducts deep-dive analysis on account performance metrics
  • Provides administrative support for client communications and meeting coordination
  • Supports transformation analysis and application of best practice initiatives for existing clients across PDS, Capital Planning, and RPM service lines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or real estate operations
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and construction/move management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to take high-level guidance and translate it into detailed execution plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology platforms quickly
  • Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Flexibility to support varying work schedules and occasional travel (up to 25%)
