Job Description
People Operations Associate providing administrative support for HR initiatives at BetterHelp. Focused on accurate record maintenance and compliance-related activities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review onboarding documentation for completeness and consistency against provided checklists and requirements
- Perform manual data entry and data validation in designated HR systems and trackers
- Organize, upload, and maintain electronic employee records in accordance with document retention guidelines
- Identify data inconsistencies or missing information and flag issues for review
- Generate standard reports from HR systems to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting needs
- Support defined HR operations projects such as:
- Utilize HR platforms such as Sapling, Rippling, and Workday solely for execution of deliverables
- Provide periodic progress updates and deliverable completion timelines to the designated People Ops point of contact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience providing HR or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms and digital employee record systems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Clear written communication skills
