Job Description
People Operations Coordinator managing US and global benefits administration and leave options. Partnering with Finance to enhance HRIS use and support employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own US and global benefits administration end to end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Manage leave for US and global employees
- Lead the annual open enrollment process
- Partner with Finance and payroll to scale proper use of our HRIS
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience administering multiple benefit plans
- Direct experience handling state-level parental leave, FMLA, or PFL paperwork
- Experience working within an HRIS, Rippling preferred
- A genuine people person
