Job Description
People Business Partner advising Zapier’s Data and Product leaders on organizational design, performance, and employee relations. Supporting EMEA employment practices at automation company Zapier.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product
- Act as the team expert in EMEA HR Partner Experience
- Develop deep knowledge of Zapier’s market context, business strategy, and client-group responsibilities
- Advise leaders on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change-management communications
- Provide timely, thoughtful support on complex people challenges
- Drive PBP-led people processes, including performance-review and promotion cycles and engagement surveys
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out relevant people initiatives
- Partner with the PBP-ER team on EMEA employee performance cases and investigations
- Use and share AI tooling practices to improve day-to-day work and team scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP
- Experience supporting varied client groups; GTM experience is an asset
- Experience advising and coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
- Experience working collaboratively with employee relations partners and internal legal counsel
- Ability to work autonomously in a global, fully remote, distributed environment
- Ability to flex across timezones when required
- Experience using AI for personal productivity, insight, and analysis
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management
- Candidates in the United Kingdom or Ireland preferred; open to USA candidates in EST only with EMEA employment experience
