Job Description
Sales Manager overseeing the development and performance of sales activities in Physician Office Division. Role requires strong leadership and strategic planning to enhance customer growth for Medline.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales activities in the division
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing
- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives
- Develop and mentor sales staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- Experience with enterprise software solutions
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
