Job Description

Customer Service Representative in Greece providing support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels. Handling inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience in online retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer detailed product information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Your nationality and native language *must* be clearly stated in your application.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
