Job Description

Customer Service Representatives assisting Polish-speaking customers with health product inquiries in Greece. Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with a dedicated team remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order-related issues.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall experience.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a health-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
