Job Description
Customer Service Representatives assisting Polish-speaking customers with health product inquiries in Greece. Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with a dedicated team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order-related issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall experience.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or a health-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
