Job Description
Polish-Speaking Customer Support for Dyson in Greece, assisting clients with product inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding Dyson products, ensuring they get the most out of their purchases.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep informed about product features and updates.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a home office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
