Job Description

Polish-Speaking Customer Support for Dyson in Greece, assisting clients with product inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding Dyson products, ensuring they get the most out of their purchases.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep informed about product features and updates.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
