Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Polish-speaking customers with inquiries in an online marketplace. Join our team for a seamless customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to the online marketplace platform.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.

- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
