Job Description

Portfolio Solutions Project Manager delivering facility, renewal and proposition projects for UK broker Everywhen. Coordinating insurers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams from scope through implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate projects including facility developments, panel renewals, proposition enhancements and strategic change initiatives
  • Manage projects from initial scope through implementation and post-launch review
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate activity across business teams, insurers and central functions
  • Support tender and renewal exercises, ensuring timelines, governance and implementation activities remain on track
  • Facilitate project meetings and working groups, driving clear actions, decisions and accountability
  • Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where necessary
  • Produce concise and accurate project updates for leadership and governance forums
  • Coordinate implementation readiness, including communications, training and stakeholder engagement
  • Support continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and ways of working
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, insurers and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic portfolio initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience managing or coordinating projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience maintaining governance documentation including risks, issues, actions and decision logs
  • Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Experience supporting business change and implementation activity
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
  • Relevant employment checks prior to commencing employment, including recent employment, address, credit history and a standard criminal record check
  • Desirable: insurance or financial services experience
  • Desirable: exposure to proposition development, portfolio management, facility placement or broker operations
  • Desirable: understanding of regulated business environments and governance requirements
  • Desirable: experience working within a network, regional or multi-site business model
