Job Description
AI Program Manager overseeing AI project delivery, PMO execution, and cross-functional workflows. Supporting Trafilea’s technology-led global direct-to-consumer brands.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage successful delivery of AI projects within the organization
- Work in the PMO mainly on AI-related initiatives
- Act as an ambassador of the PMO-created WBAT
- Guarantee efficient, orderly, and transparent execution of company projects and programs
- Structure reporting tools and establish reporting frequency to integrate company resources and results
- Coordinate planning ceremonies across programs, projects, tribes, and squads, and propose new ceremonies when needed
- Identify and remove blockers in a timely manner
- Create room for planning work, define clear objectives and responsibilities, track progress, and orchestrate work
- Empower Asana as the main framework for planning, project and task management, and cross-functional communication
- Create portfolios and projects
- Ensure proper execution of the Squads Creation and Assignment process
- Liaise between IT and Marketing departments
Requirements:
- 4+ years leading IT projects focused on Artificial Intelligence (ML, NLP, computer vision, deep neural networks)
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience (mandatory)
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban): facilitation, estimations and roadmap alignment
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, with multidisciplinary teams, budgets and schedules
- Advanced English, verbal and written
- Technical knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
- Knowledge of data engineering and ML pipelines: ETL, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, dbt
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Neo4j, and BigQuery
- Knowledge of MLOps, including CI/CD for models, performance monitoring, and automated deployment
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, including SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Databricks
- Strong technical background to engage with development teams on technical issues and solutions
- Ability to structure and optimize AI workflows for model execution and experimentation
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions aligned with company objectives
- Big-picture view to identify pain points, delays, and blockers
- Critical analysis and ability to reconcile information from multiple sources and break high-level ideas into details
- Prioritization, meeting deadlines, and effective use of limited resources
- Structured, process-driven thinking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven, moving projects forward without close supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges
- Nice to have: Jira, Asana, PMP or additional Agile certifications, Google Docs, MS Office, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Lucidchart
