Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading SCAYLE’s enterprise-commerce replatforming projects. Coordinating integrators, partners, budgets, resources, and customer go-lives.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead and manage complex replatforming projects
- Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure compliance with SCAYLE standards
- Ensure the smooth integration and operation of customer environments after go-live
- Own the entire project lifecycle from planning through rollout, including budget and resource management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
- Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation across all projects
- Apply agile methodologies to drive timely decision-making and efficient execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an e-commerce or SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
- In-depth knowledge of established project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, interfaces (APIs), and MACH principles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
