Job Description
Customer Project Manager coordinating NCR Atleos customer orders from booking through worldwide delivery. Managing suppliers, shipping, fulfillment, reporting, and customer communication remotely from Hungary.
Responsibilities:
- Own the complete process of following up customer orders from receipt through delivery to the customer location worldwide
- Engage with sales/project teams on new opportunities and provide input on proposed project, order, and fulfillment processes to meet customer requirements within policy/budget
- Validate orders and manage the order booking process
- Create supplier pre-orders when needed
- Track assigned orders daily, including staging requests and shipment follow-up
- Communicate with customers and internal teams and escalate issues when needed
- Work with suppliers, order fulfillment, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Work with shipping export/import teams to obtain required licenses
- Ensure on-time reporting and data maintenance in internal systems
Requirements:
- University or College Degree, preferable in Logistics – or relevant work experience
- Excellent English and native Hungarian; any other language is an advantage
- 1 year + experience in Order Management, Customer Support
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in continual improvement and quality methodology
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skill
- Innovative thinking
- Team-player ability and ability to work independently
- Very well-organized
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure to deliver quality results
- Proven analysis skills
- A second foreign language knowledge (preferred)
- Oracle system knowledge (preferred)
