Job Description

Post Acute Division Sales Manager overseeing sales performance and developing strategies for market expansion. Managing a sales team with a focus on customer relationships and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities
  • Staff and direct a sales team
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Representatives
  • Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience managing people
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions
  • Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
