Job Description
Post Acute Division Sales Manager overseeing sales performance and developing strategies for market expansion. Managing a sales team with a focus on customer relationships and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities
- Staff and direct a sales team
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Representatives
- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- Experience with enterprise software solutions
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
