Job Description
Solutions Analyst for our project deployment team specializing in Data Center technologies. Executing projects, designing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute technical activities focused on planning, design and implementation of technology solutions in accordance with manufacturers' recommended best practices;
- Propose viable solutions, always aiming to strengthen the client's trust;
- Design implementation projects for solutions based on client needs and manufacturers' recommended best practices;
- Analyze and execute highly complex technical projects tailored to the characteristics of each client;
- Analyze and diagnose high-complexity incidents and problems;
- Carry out corrective or improvement activities across varied scenarios and technologies;
- Document activities and work performed for clients;
- Deliver technical training focused on clients' specific solutions;
- Handle 3rd-level technical requests originating from the Service Desk.
Requirements:
- Cisco CCNP Data Center certification;
- Knowledge of information security best practices;
- Solid knowledge of computer networks;
- More than 5 years of experience implementing Data Center technology projects;
- Intermediate English.
- CCNP Enterprise;
- CCNP Security;
- VCP VMware;
- Knowledge of other Data Center technologies (Storage, Virtualization, servers);
- Fluent English.
