Job Description

Practice Leader overseeing Client Success functions to drive client value and expansion. Building strategies, metrics, and managing high-impact client engagements for Lumelight.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale a Client Success function from the ground up
  • Define the vision, operating model, and execution of Client Success across the organization
  • Establish how Lumelight drives client value, retention, and expansion
  • Personally manage a portfolio of key clients and lead strategic accounts

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience
  • Proven experience building or scaling a Client Success function
  • Experience in a player/coach role
  • Track record of driving retention, expansion, and client satisfaction at scale
