Job Description
Manager of Pre-Access overseeing the Patient Access department at Ensemble. Leading improvement initiatives for customer service and departmental performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and managing the Patient Access department.
- Responsible for performance and effectiveness of department(s).
- Responsible for coaching and development of all staff.
- Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to improve customer service.
- Collecting, interpreting, and communicating performance data.
- Works closely with ancillary departments to establish and maintain positive relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI.
- Patient Access experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft a must.
- Ability to balance numerous priorities, therefore requiring great skills in prioritization.
- Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications.
- Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience highly preferred.
- Required Certification: HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire or other approved job relevant certification
