Job Description

Pricing Analytics Architect enabling data and self-service capabilities for fintech products. Architecting AI-powered analytics platforms and managing product development for pricing decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Pricing Analytics Architect, you will be the driving force behind our next generation of data and self-service capabilities.
  • Your primary mandate will be to architect, implement, and operate AI-powered self-service analytics platforms to empower our internal product and revenue stakeholders.
  • You will act as a hands-on technical Product Manager for our internal data and analytics tools, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and data architecture integrity.
  • This role plays a key part in strategic development by shaping the underlying data architecture to ensure quality, scalability, and performance, enabling faster and more reliable pricing and product decisions.
  • You will also assess and develop prototypes for new analytical capabilities that we could potentially deliver to our growing list of external partners.
  • Architect and build production-ready, self-service dashboards, and automated analytical tools, integrating core AI/ML features to improve access and deliver novel insights and diagnostics.
  • Lead the data quality and data architecture roadmap for the Fintech Foundation team's reporting systems, ensuring high fidelity and trusted data for all internal and partner-facing analytics.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal business stakeholders, translating complex analytical needs into technical specifications and managing the feature backlog for the analytics platform
  • Grow use of our data platform through documentation, training, and a strong push towards self-service.

Requirements:

  • Deeply curious with strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing self-service business intelligence (BI) solutions or data products.
  • Highly quantitative with advanced hands-on experience in SQL and data architecture/modeling
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, data quality principles, and reporting tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong technical PM slant.
