Job Description
Principal Consultant serving as a senior technical leader in Data Center and Critical Infrastructure practice. Providing technical direction and strategic guidance across complex engagements while mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a senior technical leader within the Data Center and Critical Infrastructure practice
- Provides deep subject matter expertise, technical direction, and strategic guidance across complex, mission‑critical engagements
- Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, internal teams, and leadership
- Shapes technical solutions, sets standards, and mentors engineers
- Supervises, trains, and mentors employees
- Leads and manages projects including profitability, cost control, revenue projections, and employee productivity
- Facilitates effective project team and cross-functional interactions
- Responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
- Develops and maintains connections with key industry personnel and manufacturers
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of technology design and consulting experience
- Seven (7)+ years of experience working with the large-scale design and consulting projects
- Industry Certifications such as PSP, RCDD, CPP, CSC etc., a plus
- Software Application Requirements: MS 365, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
