Job Description
Product Analyst shaping subscription and funnel analytics for Gismart, a mobile app developer in wellness, utilities, and music. Building LTV models, Amplitude dashboards, and unit-economics insights for rapid product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including product managers and marketers, to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy
- Translate business questions into concrete metrics and analytical tasks, delivering decisions rather than raw numbers
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics for data-driven decision-making
- Build and validate LTV predictions for the web funnel, including early/predicted LTV from short cohort histories
- Design event taxonomy and Amplitude dashboards for PMM, PM, and UAM requests
- Analyze the web funnel, diagnose step-by-step drop-offs, and assess changes’ impact on conversion and monetization
- Compute product unit economics, including ARPU, retention, payback, and ROAS tied to UA data
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- Strong SQL skills, including cohort analysis, retention, and revenue aggregations
- Hands-on LTV/pLTV experience, including cohort extrapolation, survival methods, ML regression, limitations with small data, and prediction validation
- Amplitude dashboard building and event taxonomy experience
- Understanding of mobile/web subscription-product metrics and user acquisition logic, including CPI, ROAS, ARPU, and payback
- A/B testing methodology knowledge
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying analysis results clearly and compellingly
- Python skills using pandas, data visualization, and statistics are a plus
- Experience with MMP data such as AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus
- Hands-on subscription-product experience is a plus
- Data engineering experience is a plus
- Direct experience working with a UA team is a plus
