Job Description
Analista de Produto Júnior apoiando produtos SaaS e soluções de IA na Yapp, desenvolvedora brasileira de software. Investigando problemas, criando documentação e acompanhando métricas de produto.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate issues and contribute to product evolution
- Support Product, Projects, and Business activities
- Prepare PRDs, Product Briefs, and User Stories
- Monitor product metrics, including churn, AARRR, NPS, and adoption
- Work with SaaS products, technology, and AI
- Collaborate autonomously, stay organized, and act with a strong sense of ownership
Requirements:
- Some initial experience in Product, Projects, Business, or related areas
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and curiosity to investigate issues
- Organized, autonomous, and with a strong sense of ownership
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, and SaaS products
- High school diploma (secondary education)
- Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog are a plus
- Basic SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of IoT, telemetry, or connected hardware is a plus
- Familiarity with PRDs, Product Briefs, and User Stories is a plus
- Familiarity with metrics such as churn, AARRR, NPS, and adoption is a plus
- Git and basic understanding of REST APIs are a plus
