Job Description
Liferay Product Analyst supporting GuideTree, Youth Villages’ proprietary clinical platform for children and families. Gathering requirements, managing user support, testing functionality, and providing data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit and manage user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and customer discovery
- Work with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Facilitate testing of new functionality rollouts
- Partner with the GuideTree Clinical Content Coordinator to support content creators and loaders
- Provide data analysis support to multiple teams
- Manage user support through support tickets and system configuration
- Coordinate process improvements and software engineering projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with the Liferay Product Manager and development team to support GuideTree, Youth Villages’ proprietary clinical platform
- Work on special projects requested by management and leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
- 3+ years of product analyst or similarly related experience in lieu of degree acceptable
- Understanding of or experience with content management systems, such as Liferay preferred
- Understanding of or experience with modern data analysis tools, such as R, Python, and SQL preferred
- Experience with non-profits preferred
- Project management experience or certification is a plus
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage vendors
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and work with a diverse team
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong self-awareness and adaptability in multi-department teams
- Technical acumen to provide quality user support
- Understanding of data and data management practices
- Capability to drive projects to completion
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
