Job Description
Senior Product Analyst measuring HighLevel’s AI product portfolio. Building analytics, dashboards, unit economics, and business reviews for an AI-powered SMB operating system.
Responsibilities:
- Own measurement of HighLevel’s AI product portfolio
- Run recurring business reviews from analysis through presentation to product leadership
- Define and document activation, adoption, north star, and penetration metrics
- Build and maintain Superset datasets, charts, and dashboards
- Audit reporting for hardcoded filters, stale queries, and drifted definitions
- Write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake, including semi-structured JSON columns
- Report product performance against the annual operating plan and re-forecasts
- Explain performance variances based on product developments
- Analyze retention, cohort behavior, and adoption funnels at the sub-account level
- Build AI usage unit economics, including model costs, cost-to-revenue ratio, and margin
- Report AI product quality, evaluation results, containment, escalation rates, and sampling design
- Reconcile conflicting figures across data sources
- Specify instrumentation with product managers before feature launches
- Analyze in-product behavior in Pendo
- Size roadmap opportunities and experiments
- Work directly with the VP of Product and AI product managers
Requirements:
- At least six years of experience in product or business analytics, including time spent working directly with product teams
- Strong SQL skills, including multi-CTE queries, window functions, cohort logic, and semi-structured JSON queries in Snowflake
- Ability to use Python or R for analysis beyond SQL
- Production experience with a cloud data warehouse, ideally ClickHouse and Snowflake
- Ability to author in Superset or Tableau, including building datasets and dashboards
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, including defining events and tracking plans
- Experience owning a recurring metrics pack or business review
- Careful attention to data grain and time period
- Good command of SaaS metrics, including MRR, ARR, expansion, contraction, churn, retention, and ARPU
- Statistical grounding to size and interpret experiments
- Clear written English
- Bonus: experience analyzing AI or LLM products, token consumption, model cost, and quality evaluation
- Bonus: familiarity with usage-based or hybrid pricing models
- Bonus: experience with dbt or a comparable transformation layer
- Bonus: background in CRM, agency, or SMB SaaS products
- Bonus: experience with subscription analytics tools such as ChartMogul
