Lead a squad responsible for the admissions journey, defining the product vision and strategy
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes
Develop and implement launch and go-to-market plans for new products and features
Facilitate alignment among stakeholders
Lead the team through the PI Planning process
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the squad
Work with the SCRUM/Jira Agile methodology

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in product management within education or technology companies
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
Data analysis and business intelligence skills
An MBA or product management certification is a plus
