Job Description

Provincial Product Analyst analyzing insurance data, KPIs, and dashboards for Allstate Canada. Delivering business insights and reporting solutions to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, clean, organize, and analyze data to support business objectives and decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring solutions.
  • Evaluate business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and measurement.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across reporting and analytical deliverables.
  • Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and analytical requirements.
  • Contribute to business intelligence, visualization, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
  • Experience extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other data-driven business environments.
