Job Description

Product Growth & Adoption Manager expanding Blue Rose Research’s political research tools across the progressive ecosystem. Driving user adoption, lifecycle marketing, trainings, and growth analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own adoption and engagement outcomes for the products
  • Serve as a public face of the products through demos, trainings, conference panels, cycle kickoffs, and campaign-professional group chats
  • Grow the user base by onboarding new users and evangelizing products to new audiences
  • Help users regularly find research and answers with the tools and incorporate products into their workflows
  • Build audience-specific product stories for nonprofits, Senate and House campaigns, state parties, and advocacy organizations
  • Conduct user research to understand adoption, stalling, and churn, then translate insights into growth tactics, adoption messaging, and recommended product updates
  • Build and maintain one-pagers, case studies, and training decks
  • Build email/lifecycle marketing programs for engagement, adoption, and customer acquisition
  • Manage marketing metrics and analytics, set targets, and report progress on acquisition and engagement goals
  • Help Democrats win the 2026 midterms and lay groundwork for the 2028 presidential election

Requirements:

  • Multiple election cycles working in Democratic or progressive politics, such as campaigns, committees, independent expenditures, labor, advocacy, or consulting firms serving them
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, adoption, or a client-facing role personally owning product usage
  • Ability to explain complex products clearly to busy audiences
  • Product fluency without being an engineer, including understanding software development from idea through beta and launch
  • Ability to partner credibly with product teams and distinguish messaging problems from product problems
  • Familiarity with survey research, including reading crosstabs and explaining message-test limitations
  • Comfort representing products on panels, client Zooms, and at conferences
  • Active experimentation with AI tools and experience building useful AI-assisted workflows
  • Ability to work with ambiguous problems and off-cycle rhythms
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
